Terms of Service – Sharezoneplay Tennis

Welcome to Sharezoneplay Tennis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our tennis court rental services, coaching sessions, and website. By booking a court or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Court Booking and Reservations

All court bookings must be made in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Court rental is charged by the hour as specified in our pricing
  • Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • Members receive priority booking privileges
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance or special events

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

  • Hourly court rental: Payment required at booking
  • Monthly memberships: Payment due on the 1st of each month
  • Coaching sessions: Payment required before the session
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.

  • Court bookings: 24-hour notice required for full refund
  • Coaching sessions: 48-hour notice required for full refund
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided
  • Weather cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Court Rules and Safety

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all players, please follow our court rules and safety guidelines.

  • Appropriate tennis attire and non-marking shoes required
  • No food or drinks on the court surface
  • Respect other players and maintain proper court etiquette
  • Report any injuries or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructions from staff

5. Liability and Insurance

Players participate at their own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for all activities.

  • Players are responsible for their own safety and equipment
  • We are not liable for personal injuries or property damage
  • Players must have appropriate health insurance
  • Report all incidents to staff immediately
  • We maintain general liability insurance for facility operations

6. Membership Terms

Membership benefits and obligations are outlined in your membership agreement.

  • Memberships are non-transferable
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as specified
  • Members must follow all facility rules and regulations
  • Membership may be suspended for violations of terms
  • Membership benefits are subject to availability

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Personal information is collected only as necessary for our services
  • We do not share personal information with third parties without consent
  • You may request access to or deletion of your personal data
  • We use appropriate security measures to protect your information

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
